November, December, and January are the three months. November is tough because of thanksgiving. The end of most dieters is this holiday. Knowing the holidays is one thing but the biggest issue is the willpower to pick the correct foods is another one. They go into a feeding frenzy and devour macaroni and cheese, turkey, stuffing, and gravy since in their mind it’s only one day out of the year. Sure it is one day out of the year, but that means no leftovers either.
